- getting all geeky about musical borrowings and allusions after having a night of extreme revelation just by staring at the score and listening to Schumann's Faschingsschwank aus Wien op. 26 on repeat mode. Chopin, Bach, Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Clara Schumann just pops into her head. She thinks she should have researched on allusions and borrowings instead for her PhD. In fact, she needs to get a life beyond PhD and music FAST before she starts writing an essay on the piece. Somebody help!
