Its a Sunday night and after 2 months of not cleaning the flat, and perhaps 6 months of not cleaning the shower, all of sudden people decided to become pro-active and scrub the flat. Interestingly, nobody seems to find it weird that after 6 months of remaining nonchalant to the red stains in the shower, all it takes is a piece of ice in the fridge to spur a major clean up in the flat. If only the piece of ice appeared a month ago when flat inspections were taking place. Then maybe i wouldn't have to had cleaned the kitchen and hoovered the carpets, let alone scrub the stove. And... i get shouted at for making noise when i walk down the stairs, but it's ok to bang doors and scrub away at 9pm, 10pm on a Sunday night. Its also OK to scratch my pot, use my utensils and not wash them... Suddenly, the idea of flying off on a jetplane to Singapore doesnt' seem so bad. Countdown: 30 days
