The story of bad management goes as such...

- Making a staff go into work and sending her back home because there was a mix-up with the start time of the shift (none of the managers even bothered to email or call afterwards to apologise. It took the staff to confront a manager to get compensation)

- Forgetting to get a fleece for worker, even though the worker reminded the manager 3 times to get her a fleece because she was working on a freezing door.

- Not giving the worker a break in a 5 hour shift - so you're not meant to go to the toilet at all in that 5 hours.

- Piss people off by sending silly emails that basically undermine the commitment of staff.

What can I say? A world class concert hall - but the worst management I've ever experienced.
