3 years ago, I looked forward to every shift i had and it was thrilling to be working in the finest concert hall in the world. Today, i just felt miserable and wanting more than ever to find another job and leave ASAP.
Why is the morale among my colleagues so low now??? Perhaps the management can answer that question.
