Moving On...

Speaking to a very dear colleague last night, I realised that perhaps it might be time to move on... Move on to bigger things, to a place where I genuinely feel happy working in. I find it extremely difficult to cope with being in the presence of people which I dearly love and appreciate all happy and smiling, yet unable to show really how I feel about the work environment I face. I realise that I don't actually care about my work there anymore. I'm just there as an instrument and things won't get better unless there are DRASTIC changes to the way they run that place. I just pray and hope that the University will give me a lecturing/teaching position. Once that's in place, it'll be the right time to move on.
